Delivery Terms

American Store srl will undertake to deliver your merchandise anywhere in Italy, islands included, within the times specified for the shipping method you selected when submitting your order. For items to be delivered outside Italy, shipping times and costs will be communicated by a member of our staff based on a prior estimate.

Art. 1) Payment by credit card or Paypal or prepayment by bank transfer will be accepted by American Store srl only if it covers 100% of the amount due for the order placed by the customer. Customers will be notified in advance of any variations in color, size or condition. American Store srl will not collect payment for orders submitted until receiving e-mail confirmation from the customer.

Art. 2) Any claims concerning the merchandise received must be submitted within 48 hours after the date of delivery.

Art. 3) The Court of Bologna will have jurisdiction in any dispute.

Guarantee

American Store srl guarantees scrupulous handling of every order.

Our guarantee extends to:

• delivery of the merchandise ordered.
• the quality and quantity of the merchandise ordered.
• the price published on the website.
